About
Perisher Medical Centre is a private medical practice providing onsite medical services to the Perisher Ski Resort. We operate 7 days a week, 9am – 5pm, during the winter snow season. An on-call doctor is also available after 5pm during the times the resort is open for night skiing.
7-day service
We know that your medical needs don’t stop on Saturday and Sunday. We are open every day during the snow season which usually runs from the June long weekend until the October long weekend. General Practice
Our team will support you in building a healthier you. No matter what your health needs are, having a team support you will keep you on the path to meeting them. We can also provide telehealth services under the appropriate circumstances
Injury Management
We have a dedicated team of staff experienced in the acute management of injuries and conditions common to snowsports. We are a walk-in clinic and also offer General Practice service in parallel with injury management.
Our medical team are experienced in assessment and acute management of injuries common to snowsports. We work together to connect you with the services you need.
We work in partnership with Perisher Ski Patrol to assess and manage injuries on-site, and arrange transfer or retrieval of patients through NSW Ambulance Service to Cooma or Canberra Hospitals as deemed necessary.
Physiotherapy
At Perisher Medical Centre we work in partnership with the experienced sports physiotherapists of Elevate Physiotherapy. Elevate are co-located in the Ski Tube Terminal Building in Perisher Valley during the ski season, as well as having their year-round practice in Jindabyne. Check them out:
